	James H. S. Whitney Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Dr. Whitney was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia. He completed undergraduate work at Hampden-Sydney College and earned his doctorate degree at the Medical College of Virginia. He completed his surgical residency at the Medical College of Georgia and then moved to Harrisonburg. Dr. Whitney is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, a Fellow in the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and a Fellow in the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. He is an instructor of Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, a member of the Virginia Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Southeastern Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association, the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology and the American Trauma Society. Dr. Whitney limits his practice to Oral Surgery, Laser Surgery, Dermatologic Surgery and Facial Cosmetic Surgery. Philip J. Pandolfi Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Dr. Pandolfi was born and raised in Northern New Jersey. He completed his undergraduate work at Kean University in Union, New Jersey, and earned his doctorate degree from the University of Louisville in Kentucky. He completed his surgical residency at the University of Texas in Houston. Dr. Pandolfi retired from the military after 20 years of service in the U.S. Army following an assignment as Chief of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department at the U.S. Army Hospital in Heidelberg, Germany. He is a fellow of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association, the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and the Academy of Osteointergration. Dr. Pandolfi is also an Instructor in Advance Cardiovascular Life Support. Dr. Pandolfi limits his practice to Oral Surgery, Implant and Reconstructive Surgery and Orthognathic Surgery.. William L. Ressler, Jr. CRNA Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Bill Ressler was born and raised in Atglen, Pennsylvania. He earned his nursing degree from the St. Joseph's Hospital School of Nursing in 1964. In 1966, he completed his anesthesia training at the Sacred Heart Hospital's School of Anesthesia in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Bill and his family moved to Virginia in 1973 where he became Chief Anesthesiologist at Page Memorial Hospital and in June of 1974 the Associate Director of Anesthesia at Warren Memorial Hospital. He is an instructor of Basic Cardiovascular Life Support and a provider of Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support. In addition to providing anesthesia services for Page Memorial Hospital and Warren Memorial Hospital, Bill also serves as an instructor of clinical anesthesia at Old Dominion University and is a member of the Board of Trustees at Page Memorial Hospital. Linda Harter Aesthetician Linda is a Registered Nurse who has worked with Dr. Whitney in the Center for 12 years. Linda provides microdermabrasion, personalized light chemical peels, facials, as well as a full line of skin care products.
